Return, Refunds and Exchange Information

At FOLKSKULTURE, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with an easy and transparent process.

Exchange/replacement Policy

If exchange/replacement is accepted, the exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 days

  • We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

    We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    If exchange/replacement is accepted, the exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 days

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • The customer will need to ship the product back to us. We do not cover return shipping charges unless the product is defective.
  • Exchange can only happen once per order

Return and Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns unless the product is defective.
  • If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at care.folkskulture@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9258006588.
  • Defective items will be fully refunded once inspected and verified by our quality team. The refund will be processed within 12 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
  • The customer will need to ship the product back to us. We do not cover return shipping charges.
  • If the return is approved for a defective product, we will cover the shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products purchased during Sales or Special Offers are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Customized or altered items are non-returnable.
  • Items with missing components, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping with no penalty.
  • If you cancel after shipping or refuse delivery (excluding damaged shipments), it will be treated as a return, and shipping charges will be deducted.

 

There will not be any return/refund/exchange other than the above conditions stated. If management approves any exception case, then additional shipping cost will be charged (no product/order value of same amount).

If any dispute arises, it shall be dealt by sole arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, High Court Delhi and no court has the jurisdiction to deal with the disputes.
